I’m the lead designer for the Valorem project, a large web app and a mobile app for property management tools for renovations. I’m in charge of everything about how users interact with the app, from figuring out what they need to how I design the interface. I do this by doing research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. I also create user flows, design interactive prototypes using Figma, and make high-quality mockups.
I’m the one spearheading this project as well. I’m involved in every step of the way, from planning and gathering requirements to executing, testing, deploying, and keeping things running smoothly. I use Agile methods to manage sprints, track progress, and make sure we keep iterating and improving.
